As a publishing project manager with fifteen years of experience, I have produced brochures like yours as well as books and leaflets, so I should be able to redo your brochure. As to design -- are you wishing to reduce the number of pages? Do you want all the images or could they be reduced? My quick glance through the pdf showed that there seemed to be some repetition/redundancy. You could go to a 16-page brochure which would allow you to print more economically. What sort of design did you have in mind? colours? fonts? branding on pages? decoration? There will be two steps to complete this project, 1. receipt of full brief in order to produce an initial draft. 2. comments on draft, redesign to incorporate comments, final pdf sent to you for your approval. Initially, I would like your guidance so that I can design a brochure you want. Usually I work to a brief specifying what is essential in the design and pointing me the finished item.
