Design Two Website Pages Mockup (Graphic / PSD Only. No coding)

Hi, I need help from creative & talented web designer / graphic designers to design two beautiful web pages for a startup company (psd only). I will only need the final files in layered Photoshop files (or illustrator if you prefer illustrator). I already have logo file and branding guidelines so you will need to make the style of the website matches with the brand identity. Preferred Style: - Flat Style. Simple but smart. - Bright / light (light blue and/or green mint). - Clean, Modern & Professional with nice-elegant typography. - Designed with responsiveness in mind. - Custom works / original design (Be creative. Don't use any existing template please). - Other details can be discussed later. Number of pages: 2. Pages: - Homepage (Simple). - Portfolio page (Photo gallery page). Will show and discuss more references and concept to the winning bidder(s) Please show me your best portfolio to demonstrate your website design skill so it would be easier for me to decide. If you understand about Wp, Bootstrap (or Zurb Foundation) framework please mention it in your proposal. (If not, then that would be fine too. Not a problem). Please be clear in specification and give your best price. Bid for the price of both two pages; but please breakdown price (mention price for each page) too inside your proposal.
