The NEW LISTING form asks for only the following: Short term or long term: Property name (if it has one) Location, # bedrooms, # baths, Category (room, apartment or condo, cottage, house, villa), Current rental price shown on properties actual home page, the discounted price for this term of the listing which has to be 25% OFF posted current rate, up load one picture, and enter the URL of the property\'s home [login to view URL] agents will enter the \"from-to\" dates the property is available. The cost to be based on number of days the listing is for. LONG term Listings-management companies can choose a long term listing and in addition to the Short Term info, add in-depth property details, gallery images, PDF brochures, videos (FLV/SWT, Youtube, Vimeo) and more with an advanced WYSIWYG editor. Cost TBD. An availability calendar and Google map integration to show the house in a map. Long Term rentals have to have a weekly rental price of less than $1250.00 BOTH SHORT AND LONG TERM LISTINGS: Assign properties area and category (room, apartment or condo, cottage, house, villa) Subscription facility – option to charge agents to add their properties. Once they have added the new listing, they will be taken to a payment options page for payment.(credit card /paypal- I have an account) Once payment has been verified, the listing will show up on the home page under the section of \"Newest properties\" which will be made up of the 4 most recent additions. There can be some additional requirement (about 30% more) The search box and search refine tool should be able to update from the admin by adding new attributes or editing existing. Some design changes will be done once the functionality is complete There is no public user registration required.
