Design a Website Mockup

Hi, I have an existing website and I would like one of the pages to be updated to make it look more visually appealing - it's currently very boring. The new page must be in keeping with the existing site colors, font etc. I'll provide the info that needs to go on the pages, which won't be too text heavy, and you'll then create the pages incorporating the text with images. There's a certain degree of 'use your own initiative' with this job, and this might include reducing the amount of words on the page - as long as the customer can understand what we offer I don't mind too much how it's presented. I have attached to jpgs. The first jpg shows the home page of our site with the image(with the red box around it) that is used to direct customers to the page that needs updating. The second jpg is the page that needs updating - the only part of the page that needs updating is the part inside the red box.
