Designer needed to modify our actual design

Hello, I'm actually working a huge French Social Network website actually in building. We have got an existing webdesign, coded, and PDF files, and Adobe Illustrator sources. We are looking for a talented Webdesigner, Graphist, to improve the existing design. Qualifications : - Smart, young and innovative vision - Independent and perfectionist Your Mission : - Improve the existing webdesign, I'll give you all files that you need, 15 pages. - If you are a Web Programmer : CSS / HTML to cut the design, that would be a big plus ... But don't worry if not. You want to impress us ? - Try to critize the file attached here. What are you thinking about it ? What are you capable of on it ?
