App Look and feel Design

I am looking to hire a Designer to create the look and feel (color scheme, font, button color and shading, and an Icon) for a simple Iphone/Android app that I am creating. I have a working prototype. I expect that you would interview me, learn enough about the app to create a few design ideas, make 5-6 crude mockups for deciding on direction, hone the best of the bunch into one design then make the elements needed. I also need an Icon for the app. The app has a total of 3 pages... one functional page, one page of options and one for help. The work you will perform is almost all on the 1st page of the application... it has 12 total things on it and nothing fancy... buttons, a progress bar, labels etc, No animation, no crazy graphics, only some color selection, shading/lighting etc and creating the buttons or other items that need to be graphically changed.. The other screens will use standard UI elements and will only use your color scheme. You cannot use buttons from others and the ownership of the items you create will be mine.
