Build a Website for our startup!

Our startup needs a website. We are True North Labour Inc., a Canadian temporary employment agency specializing in skilled trades labour. We are NOT a day labour agency, our workers are our employees and we care about them like family. Our brand is very important because it will unite our workers and our customers. Our brand identity is a mix of extreme contemporary and extreme traditional. True North Labour is fast-moving and energetic, but still takes the time and effort to plan it's next moves. We're like the youngest son of a family owned construction company that the whole village respects cause it's been around forever. We want our customers to have the image that True North Labour is their partner in business and provides a service that is in the high-end of quality and grade. They should see us as a solution to their staffing problem, a solution to their fluctuating business needs and a way to adopt the LEAN methodology. True North Labour is flexibility. Our workers should see us as mentors that have their best interest in mind. We offer perks that most large companies don't, that's because we think it's good practice to put our workers first. Our employees are our service. Our palette is vivid and trendy, our communication voice is friendly and approachable. Even though our logo is bold and more traditional, it's style is fresh and will still be fresh five years from now. We have all of our content. Copyrighting suggestions from you will be considered and featured if it's aligned with our plan. We need the website to be up and running ideally by March 2nd We own our domaine name and it will be hosted with one of our vendors. Attached is a picture of the schematics and our logo/colours. We want the site to look like the Mountain Equipment Co-op website ([login to view URL]). The website MUST be mobile compatible. We need to be able to easily make some changes to the website on a regular basis, like changing pictures and texts. Oh, did I mention we're not tech savvy? The first page should immediately separate our visitors into two categories, Employers and Employees, and bring them to different sections on the site. On the employer side, we want the landing page to have a huge banner at the top that displays our customer testimonials. You know, one of those sliding banners that changes to show a different testimonial. We will also need both sides to have links to our ATS, that's our back-office software. On the employee side, they need access to the ATS to fill in their time sheets, and on the employer side, they need access to the ATS to approve the time sheets and review some info about their past orders, etc. If you're selected, we would like to be able to make 1 or 2 rounds of review and changes.
