Need someone to create a short animation (using the Pink Panther and the Inspector characters). We expect something easy, no matter if is 2D or 3D. Budget is low because this clip will be use as a joke to be distributed using local social networks. It will be perfect if the characters can talk (using an electronic voice) in Spanish. If not, we can use text. The background music must be the standard pink panther song. Remember, this is for fun. Additional details will be explain to the bidders.
