Add some design to a website wireframe

I need someone to enhance the design of the attached website mockup (screenshot and source html attached). I want the layout of the content to stay pretty much as it is, with some sensible styles, colours, fonts and images applied. The website is currently formatted in bootstrap, and is responsive and I don't want to change this The logo for the company is attached and this should be used. I'd prefer to keep with a blue theme, the hues and shades can change. Icons for different sections and skills can be changed (borrowed from the "cloud" theme of the logo?) I would like the logos of the companies I have worked for to be displayed (possibly in greyscale, or on a scroller etc). Some are attached in zip file. Also required examples for a simple blog area; - list of blog articles - blog article Simple navigation for the blog should be on the left or right (last 5 , date list, related, tags). I like clean, modern, flat designs, for example; [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will need the following to be delivered; 1. Design concept - I will want to approve this before you start work on the 2nd part. 2. HTML, images and CSS I will only release payment once ALL the work is complete, so please don't bid if you cannot work with HTML, CSS and Bootstrap and deliver a full web page.
