1—Create two composite images from a minimum of three separate photographs. You may use a variety of sources for your photographs. (e.g.: flatbed scanner, digital camera, stock photography or a photo library on CD). The resolution needs to be between 200 to 300 dpi. Keep in mind that a larger dpi means a larger file size.
2 —A purpose and use for each image must be defined, and the final image must be appropriate for its intended use. In your reflectional write-ups, you will be providing ideational reasoning on why you chose these particular images and how you assessed their need.
3—One of the two final composite images must have text that uses at least one Layer Style.
4—One of the two final composite images must employ at least two different filter effects (excluding: Sharpen, Blur, Despeckle, and Noise).
5—One of the two final composite images must have at least one graphical element. (e.g.: lines, circles, polygons, squares) added through the Photoshop tools.
