Nevada Website Design needs a quote on the following project, to be completed within the next 2-4 weeks.
Type of website: Social/Community/Membership - Review website.
(membership will be free) WordPress. Client wants an online community (free membership) with the focus on reviews for Gluten Free products.
This website is for the purpose of promoting Gluten-Free foods through forum discussions, or membership community.
Client wants the member to be able to review gluten-free products.
Website to be built based on clients requirements and outline (see attached)
Website domain has been established, but will need to be developed on a server so client can see progress, then to live server, which client has already purchased.
This will NOT be e-commerce at this time, but may be in the future.
Budget $600 or less.

Recipes are not rated. It is content that I will provide. The user should be able to find old recipes by name (would also be great if the date could be a find field too). As I told you when we talked, I would want the last 9 or 12 recipes that I posted to be visually accessible under the recipe page (remember, we looked at the Ivanaka Trump website)?
The GF restaurants do not need to be rated now. They will also be content that I will provide. If possible, it would be great if the user could suggest a GF restaurant to me so that I can feature it, but restaurants will be listed by location (State or City). The user should be able to go to a state or city and see the past restaurants that we have featured (would also be great to have by name, but I think by location is most important). When a user "clicks" through to GF restaurants it would be the same look as the recipe section. (Same for the blog section as well).
I don't understand what the question is for #3…. unless there is confusion about the products that will be rated. At the beginning, I will be putting up suggested product recommendations and then the community of users on the site will have an opportunity to rate the products as well. I will therefore build a database of reviewed products. As the site grows, users will be able to recommend products to review, but that recommendation will have to go through me and then I will put the product up on the site if it fits with what the site is doing at that time.
I alone am controlling all content with the EXCEPTION of reviews.
I would like the reviews to be for: Taste, Value, Nutrition with the "overall" review score a combined score of Taste and Value ONLY. but if you click on the product for more information, you can see the scores separated out along with a written review and perhaps a recipe for the product. I can be potentially flexible in how this goes in that if it is too difficult to average out taste and value scores, I would be okay with just displaying the taste score on the home page for the featured product. For the archive of the reviewed products, it would be by name and would be great to also be able to find by date of review (just like recipes above).
Basically, I am controlling all content.
