Build a Reseller Hosting Website

Hello, I need a reseller hosting wordpress website which will be mobile friendly. This website will sell hosting to the clients. I will be using this on several domains, so it must be a website which can be easily transferred and which that I can use on any location with no copyright infringement. Kind of had this problem in the past with other programmers. I want the website to use paypal to setup a hosting subscription when a customer signs up. Needs to use the max who is script to find a domain or setup with a domain they already own, then be able to checkout with that domain to setup a hosting subscription. I can provide you with a demonstration of how this works. It will be easy for someone that knows wordpress. Must be editable from the admin area of the wordpress website.
