My project is to the get information- (Quarries/complaints/request) from the market where many people are facing the issues in their daily life in terms of services.

Language - English

For example

I need to get the accurate information regarding nursery admission for a particular school but I do not have time to visit there personally.

what I wanted is to get the information as accurate as I personally visited at school also that must help me to understand the exact policies and procedures, not only what they have written on the school's website or the guidelines says. in other words all hidden areas of the process.

Our aim is to collect all the information exactly in advance so that people can save their time and money by completing the process in one go.

Pages I need - (will provide the samples of websites for pages, images, Video, links and other)

- Two forms one is for Consumers and Second for Consultant. (select option while opening the Registration page.

- Contact + 2 email id.

All these information for India only.

Registration - As a requester or Consultant/Adviser

- by Email ID / Facebook id / linked-in id.

- Create password and confirm password.

(case sensitive- forget password link) send activation code to user's email ID.

After activation we need to provide an unique ID for each registered candidate or can provide an Id must show the status active or pending. to make sure the id and user is valid.

( first 3 digits of state then first 3 digits of district starting form number 1000,1,2,

Registration ID - for example Haryana - Gurgaon - ( HARGUR1000 ) / PUNJAB- AMRITSAR - ( PUNAMR1002 )

1- Quarries/complaints/request - Drop Down*

2- States- * mandatory (by drop-down/no typing)

3- Districts * mandatory (by drop-down/no typing)

4- Tehsil /VIA/ Post/ optional- ( Typing)

5- Other / Optional typing

6 - Type your question - Subjective - 100 words

7- Box - write your Question

8- Highlights in 500 words.

9- Your expectation from us

10- Any Suggestion - 100 words only

11 - Declaration - accept by clicking T&C

12 Requester Name/ Signature - Optional.
