Build a Website

Hello I need someone to build me a clean, simple website (html 5, angular js, etc) where it allows my clients to request a delivery. This Page will have a progress bar like the one attached. The Project should have the below items 1) Connect to firebase db 2) admin page to control Merchant's Products, password for admin user, see orders, set fixed price for In town cost, outside town. 3) Landing Page where it shows, request to order, tutorial of the website (like 3 flash cards) 4) use angular js or ruby on rails or python or java. Something fast with communicating with the firebase db & something will accept integration with payment if we need it. So When the use request a delivery, he will get a progress bar where to shows the steps, and refresh within the page. it includes First step is Called What This page will have two options (Check mark) Personal item name details weight upload photos (Check mark) Merchant This will list boxes of logos of Merchants who is partnering with us Once the logo clicked, it will show products (Photo, Title, price, Quantity) if Clicked, Show pop up window with full information Next (Where) Page will be divided into 2 columns First Pick Up Full Name Location Type (Home, Business) Business Name Waynk Code: This is a code, once entered, it will fetch the address below & point it in the map Cell Phone Address Address2 City (will determine the price) Zip Code Country Below it interactive Map First DropOff Full Name Location Type (Home, Business) Business Name Waynk Code: This is a code, once entered, it will fetch the address below & point it in the map Cell Phone Address Address2 City (will determine the price) Zip Code Country Below it interactive Map Next When Time for Pickup (max) Time For Delivery (max) Next Confirmation Page before sending it & make payment integration (ability to enable it or disable it) [login to view URL] Shows the full details of request Once done, send receipt to client email
