Build a Website

Aloha! This is a two-piece project for a Condominium Association on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. In short, they are finalizing their 2017 budget in two weeks and want a quote for this work to include into that budget. The project wouldn't begin until January, at the earliest. I will be your primary contact and interface with the end client. You will be my subcontractor. Scope: 1. A public-facing site to attract new owners/renters to the housing complex. For scoping, assume a single-page site that is photo rich with a contact form. This is a simple design. 2. An owner-only (think intranet) site that allows the Condo Association board to share updates via a blog (which also pumps out emails to members for every new blog post), post the most recent Condo Association documentation (i.e. bylaws) on permanent pages, invite members to create a profile, allow members to send messages to the board and possibly allow members to comment on blog posts. Also, please share with me your ongoing hourly rate. I'd like to maintain a relationship with you for any future changes/work that they need after the initial build. Mahalo (Thanks)! Greg
