Build a Website

I am in the process of building a website which is an online directory. I already have a Wordpress theme and have begun the customization process. I also have a very detailed website structure that I have written up with diagrams and text, which specifies exactly what I want on each page of the website and displays which are the parent/child pages. The online directory will require users to subscribe to a package, so the website needs to create recurring payments for the subscribers (or you tell me how that will be done). I have the website hosting with GoDaddy already setup and woocommerce already active on the site. Like I said, the website structure I have written will tell you exactly how each page should function. I also want someone who will tell me how to modify the website (inserting ads on certain pages etc.) and how to support the users of my directory if any problems occur. I am looking for a freelancer with a good reputation and history of successfully completed projects as I want to get this project done as soon as possible and not a high cost as most of the work has already been done on the website.
