Build a Website

I want to create city travel website template using Google maps that can track the current location of the user and help him track nearby entertainment spots. In the beginning it would only be around 25 locations . However these locations must provide options to include street views/Photosphere of the destination to provide a live experince. Landing Page: should consist a beautifully themed dynamic page with google map display in order to suggest user location. suggested destinations: On choosing any desired destination the a creative pop up should show various option(street view/road map/pros and cons of the place/parking and lodging etc.) This is a just a basic website overview after which we should be able to customize the content easily i.e add view/photosphere and edit any other information. Although i don't have any plan for the site but the idea is to make a travel website that enable people to look at the tourist spot before even arriving at the location and inspect related amenities. if you can suggest me something better then pls do.
