build a wordpress website for auto dealers to sell cars, it uses PHP, mySQL. A specific template(theme) is selected. You must be skilled in html+css+js. The website should be a platform that allows users to register as autodealers and publish their cars. Also people could apply become merchants that could publish goods and services. The structure design of those pages are in the attachment.
Only information publishing needed, no online payment integration required. You can use any plugins as long as they are valid to use, however your bid should include those cost and we will not accept any further reimbursement.
The server is ready, wordpress and theme is already installed.
