Hello Rick, First, I will run a few tests to find out what prevents emails from being sent, whether it's Godaddy or something else. There are a few possible methods to fix this problem, so we'll see after we know the reason, but I'm sure that it can be fixed. Hai

Well it is very easy to criticize a developer but in this case your developer might be correct. See I have hosted my websites on many servers and also have some websites on godaddy which I will be shifting very soon. There are no problems in sending emails when you are sending just contact form emails but if your forms are complex and use smpt or in case of verifying emails then godaddy will stop delivering it. To make it perfectly clear I have lot of websites (simple on godaddy) and they worked perfectly. But when I put on a membership site the same code for sending emails worked in another server but failed on godaddy. So I had to shift the site on another server and there it worked fine. That is because of the over protection of their server they won't even let you use google apps for emails I know i could simply tell you lies but maybe I work differently. few things godaddy not support , better u can change ur hosting to get result we are UK Base Company , Development office in India. Hi Rick, This is a very simple issue can be caused by following reasons: 1- wrong coding at the backend 2- email setup not done correctly 3- Actually issue with the Hosting ( go daddy is notorious and many of my clients has faced similar issues and you have to keep on contacting them again and again) To actually determine the exact cause, we would like to access the cpanel so that we can analyze and fix the issue.
