3. Have each additional section have background pictures.

5. Use exsisting Elegant Themes with Divi. All modifications should be made in the custom css or theme area where upgrades will not break them.
6. Keep the single page scrolling effect.
7. Build it all on a separate page as not to destroy the existing page in case there are issues.
Please confirm all of these things before you bid. The content and movement has already been put in place, I mostly need some effects and photoshopping done.
