Build a Website

I have spent some of my free time over the past few years designing a website for a start-up of mine and I have finally run out of patience as I never seem to have time to work on it anymore. The landing page and subsequent website have been partially complete for some time but the style is based off of a dated Joomla template and I would like revamp everything. My web development background goes back to the mid 90’s using notepad and early versions of Photoshop and over the last 5-7 years, my interest and experience with more modern web developer tools has dwindled. My point is, I have plenty of experience in web design and graphic design, I simply lack the time or devotion to do the work myself, but this also means that I can easily communicate to a developer exactly what I want and how I want it done. On to the website itself, it has the following so far: landing page, membership page (login using facebook, accepts credit card/paypal, update profile, etc.), php web forum, and a few content pages. What I would like: -Update the website to a modern clean design involving a parallax template perhaps with a responsive web design all of which can still be built with Joomla if possible -Allow the website to be seamless for mobile viewing (iOS and Android) -Update the integration with facebook -Transfer and update if need be the membership subscription scripts -Create a script/backend/template that allows me to generate boxes for each item similar to an e-commerce shopping website such that each box contains the following: >Item name that when clicked brings up a small window with a description. >A 5-star rating system that updates as user’s rating for each product after buying it. >2 separate icons that each bring up separate small pop-up windows with information when clicked. >Several external links pointing to where to buy each product. >A tiny image of the item next to the item name that is also used as the background for the box (but semi-transparent and blurred). I can create the images and remaining content easily enough myself, I simply need a new design and I need everything to work as intended. If you can tackle this project relatively easily with a quick turnaround then I am eager to get started working with you!
