Build Website Animation for Opening Screen

Hello. We'd like to build a website with javascript animation as an opening when someone first comes to the website. It'll be 2-3 screens of animation. We are a pet products company that manufacturers a specific type of material for dog houses, so we'd like to highlight the durability and easy-to-clean features of this product. The animation will most likely be "cartoon-like" but cute and realistic. The opening screen may be selecting a dog (maybe three moving options like chihuahua, pompom, and golden retriever). When you decide on a dog type, it opens to the second screen of animation. The selected dog would appear in the front right side of the screen. Our dog house will be behind the dog in a backyard setting with a hose nearby. The dog will be digging a hole and the mud will splash up onto the side of the dog house. The third screen will be a close up shot of the side of the dog house with the mud/lawn splatter. A hose will spray onto the splatter and the words "ecoFLEX" -- our logo -- will be what's cleaned away. The entire animation will then fade away to the guts of our website, which will be a basic square template with a banner at the top.
