Build a Website - Classifieds, CMS, eCommerce

Need a web site similar to [login to view URL] with the following features

1. Very good calcified section (ex: Rents, sale, baby sitting and food catering…) :

a. AN complete online classified section, both admin aside, user side where admin can create classifieds , users see them

b. Advertisements section on the Home page

c. Payment Gateway integration; Site is primarily targets to USD users, integration suggestion of which API can be integrated for credit card, net banking PayPal?

d. Configuration section where for some days (7 days or 1 days), classified is free and then onwards it must be paid.

2. Online marketing (Pickles, sweets and return gifts.) : A Page with all the images related to the pickles, sweets etc and people can buy. The site needs to have an admin section where user can upload the items

3. Forums…. Very good discussions threads : Forums

4. Immigration section : Dynamic pages where admin can change from the admin side, CMS

5. Spiritual, yoga, temple info : Dynamic pages where admin can change from the admin side, CMS

6. Home own services : Dynamic pages where admin can change from the admin side, CMS

7. Space for coupons for website reputed users : Dynamic pages where admin can change from the admin side, CMS

8. Sports and entertainment: Dynamic pages where admin can change from the admin side, CMS

9. Good customer care

a. Need to have a good automated Chat system where the chat section need to b online 24X7 where as an automated response shld be generated based on the Question used asked; I know there are some plugins available for this; a previous experience on working such plugins is appreciated.

10. City wise targeted classified: Means the web site should automatically identify the nearest location/City and should show the classified, advertisements related to that City/Location

11. FaceBook comments on each classified or section where users can comments, admin shld be able to delete them if necessary;

people who can demo show expertise in dealing with sch projects in the past are welcome. project is under tight deadlines, who can finish by November 30th and ready for small small defect fixes after November 30th till December 15th is welcome. Only Serious Bidders please :)

Budget has some constraints and once the project is done, we would like to ask for a long term suport & maintenance activities. Bid considering the long term relationship in perspective :)
