Build a Website similar to Twitch.tv and the Hangw/ app

We are looking for an individual or group of programmers to develop an interactive, user generated content, live broadcast website, similar to Twitch with Pay Per View Capability. The site has to have the same or similar features, technology and be as functional as such sites like Twitch. We want it to be original enough to not be a copy of the website and we do not want to infringe any copyright laws. The website MUST include the following capabilities: -Ability for registered users (approved by ourselves) to announce and perform live streams using their Phones or GoPros. -Pay Per View capabilities for live streams with ticket prices set up by the registered user. -A unit of trade such as gold coins or tokens bought by clients to access the live streams. -Major payment gateways (integration, easy payment system) -A module for payment of the broadcaster after he has completed his broadcast. -An option for ads to run before and after streams for additional income. -Broadcasters to monetize their channels with advertisements and ticket sales. -Broadcasters to simultaneously stream their live videos on other social media like facebook and twitter. -Export directly to YouTube. -All streams are archived. -Viewer to viewer messaging/ comment section. -Be mobile friendly and responsive to all screen sizes.
