Build a Website that include, webstore and Recruitment Survey

I need an existing website rebuilt. I need you to design and build my online store. Elegant Cornicing, one of South Africas leading Polystyrene Cornicing manufacturers needs a new website! Our target mark is broken into 3 sectors, mainly Retail stores(Build it, Mica etc), land developers and consumers. This site should sell the idea and spark an immotional feeling of living in style, luxury and Elegance! The site should Consist of an Elegant home page showing off the added value Decrotive cornices will add to your home (using an Image/Images), an about us page (basic info and history of the business), a 'what can we do for your store?' page (this page will consist of our offering and value add to retail stores and should have a contact me back section where the user can input their details), a basic online store that can be linked to a payfast account or something similar(20 - 30 products) and a Rectuitment page (this recruitment page would make up the complexity of the site). The page sould have our available positions(unlimited), the user would then click on the position to start a questionair, starting with all personal info. Questions on this questionair should be unlimited and should be built on an easy and user-friendly platform and should be easily edited by Elegant Cornicing Admin. Each question needs to be ranked or scored, once the applicant has submitted an auto response should be sent to both himself and Elegant admin.
