Build a poll system Website

i need a simple website with a polling system with the function below. -as an admin to the site, i am able to create as many poll. -the poll can have fix,selective and writeable answers for users. admin will set which method for each poll. -user who want to vote to the poll must login via his/her facebook -the result of the total votes will be post instantly/daily/weekly/monthly depends on the setting from the admin to the admin desired facebook page or twitter account or rss. there will be a section in admin panel where admin can post unlimited schedule message to be post to facebook page or twitter account or [login to view URL] schedule message can also be saved and repost many times or only one time. in the admin panel, admin can see the votes analytic in details. there will be a list of detail of user with their votes i don't need a fantastic layout for the website. a simple and smart design will do for the website the script must be secured from hackers.. from user side. -user will sign in with their facebook account and then they can select which polls they want to vote. or they will be automatically direct to the poll if their sign in using the specific pool website url. -after voting, the user will be redirect to another page where their can share the poll to their facebook status and they can see the current result of the poll and they can share the result too to their facebook status. if you can do this simple project within my budjet 10-30usd please send me a message. otherwise if your price is higher than my budjet. please do not message me. my budjet is fix and not negotiable. thanks
