CSGO - Automated Skin Treasure Website

What I will need: Complete Website Design - responsive Trading Bot Logo - optional Experience needed: Basic Steam and CSGO trading knowledge Web Development/Design Description of the website concept: The basic concept of the website is a csgo trading website, but not a normal one. To get the skins you will have to buy treasures which vary in price. Every category of csgo skins (e.g weapons, knifes) have their own category, with two options, 1st: normal 2nd: rare. Every time a user buys a case this treasure picks a random skin. The picking will be done over the [login to view URL](from 1 to 100 | 1= worst 100= best). And I will create a spreadsheet with the skins rarity of skins from the number 1 - 100. The number picked by [login to view URL] will be sent to the websites database which has the spreadsheet saved, and after the trading bot comes into action. The algorithm compares the number to the spreadsheet e.g [login to view URL] gave the number 62 | 60-70 is a weapon called Shadow dagger. This will be sent to the bot, the bot knows which skin to trade and sends the trade offer over the steam trade link that the user has to provide after checkout. In order to receive one of the rare skins the random numbers has of course to be very high, like 99, in order to make profit. All of this could run over Wordpress or as a PHP Script. The website has to include the steam login API for users to log in at the website over their steam account., and only if they did so they can order treasures. In a nutshell, the website lets the users buy treasures, which pick a random number over random.org. This number is assigned to a skin name, which gets sent to the bot, and the bot sends the trade offer to the user who ordered this treasure. If the skin is not in stock in the bots backpack then I get a notification, saying that I have to buy this skin and send it to the user manually. Also, this is optional, it would be great if there would be a kind of admin panel included in the website, which lets me create new treasures with categories and assign the values and skin names to this certain treasure.
