Accounts and Clients: There will be two user levels. One will be the company or big boss account and one will be the client. What are prices and details of these accounts? Client Team: This requires a good hierarchy to be created while creating database. There is no doubt in team management and multiple user access. We understand that method. There will be reference with each user. Documents and Notes: Big boss (You) will be able to upload files for a specific client and create notes. In a separate function you may create new folder/section. While uploading the files you may select the folder. Or you may also move them to specific folder if you require. Displaying documents is not a problem. Login & Security: You'll already have a data of the user's google emails, and only people with the emails matched in the database will be able to login securely. otherwise will be asked to contact you. Client Information: Not a problem, SQL things and PHP things. Design: We'll create a responsive and easy UI design for the application. The application will be easy to use due to UI. Access Control: There will be superadmin who'll decide the user levels. After superadmin (CEO) there would be admin (management) or further permission. Please contact on chat for further details.
