Convert site to Wordpress..

The site currently uses Jooma 1.5.26 but I wish to convert it to the latest stable version of Wordpress whilst maintaining the look and feel of the original site as much as possible, allowing for improvements and modernisation (to be agreed in detail with the winning bidder).
The scope of this job includes:
1. Conversion of template to work with Wordpress.
2. Installation of latest stable version of Wordpress.
3. Population of Joomla site with all content from old site, including same menu structure.
4. Installation of any modules/extensions necessary to maintain the functionality of the original site.
Site must be responsive/mobile-ready too (I assume using latest Wordpress version will make this the case).
Please only bid if you are experienced in Wordpress and can do this job with ease. Please provide examples of relevant work.
