Convert slides into theme(s)

I hired someone to create a theme. I like the design work, but what I received is a presentation file with multiple slides. Powerpoint will only allow me to save the first slide as a template or make a theme. The theme allows me to insert new slides with the different layouts, but I can't make a theme out of any of the layouts. So I can not take an existing slide and apply any of the designs to it. In addition, when inserting a new slide, the descriptions of the slides are not in english, and appear to have additional non-english layouts. I want someone to take the existing presentation file and convert it to either a single theme (if that's possible) or multiple themes. I would also like the descriptions to be in english if possible. Also, I believe one of the slides is a duplicate, so it can be removed. I understand my description of the problem/need might not be 100% clear as I am not a Powerpoint professional and may not speak the lingo correctly or understand how things work. However, please do not respond with a generic 'tell me what you want' bid. I have told you what I want. I will be glad to clarify anything or answer any specific questions if I can, but if you just ask me what I want, I'll either ignore your bid or respond with this exact text.
