Corporate Website Upgrade

Greetings, Currently, we have a website that we designed in-house in which the content / copy / fonts / image selection etc are all checked and correct along with the general layout /order of each page. However, it is felt that the whole site is lacking flourish in terms of interactive design and just doesn't pop. What is missing is the detailed bits of design that are needed to intertwine our site's UX/UI structure to our professional yet personable and stylishly minimalist brand identity. Along with an updated interface we would require that the site is fully optimised for both web and mobile and that the fasted possible loading speeds are ensured. We are looking for a freelancer to provide a full rebuild of this existing site to a much higher standard, working with our design team if any additional brand artworking is required. All content and page sections would remain but can be restyled and brand style/graphics could be provided to you from our design department. Based on your experience and knowledge of coding and design we would like to receive a proposal of how you could upgrade the site to a more professional interface in-line with contemporary web page design and to provide references of your proposed approach. Please reference examples of design styles that you could adapt our current page into along with a rough quotation for how much it would cost and supporting references of your own past work. The current site was produced in Muse and files can be provided if needed. It is important that the proposed solution allows for regular updates of new portfolio items, recent projects etc, so we can continue to update it ourselves once it has been built (either in muse or by including a user-friendly backend for updating posts text and image sections and portfolio) - we would also be interested to hear your recommendations on platform as part of your proposal.
