Create One Simple Web Page

Very easy project. I need one web page (yes, literally 1 .html page) created within a few hours from now. Please bid only if you can start immediately and finish within 1-3 hours from now.
I will supply 2 images -- a .psd file and an .ai file.
The page needs to center the .ai image and text in the middle of the screen (horizontally and vertically). I will need you to crop the .ai image. Below the image will appear 4 lines of text, which I will supply. The design needs to be responsive and work on mobile phones.
(Note: I have an example URL of exactly what the layout of this page should look like.)
