Create Print and Packaging Designs for Music Instructional CD & DVD

I am producing a CD/DVD project titled "The Creative Process" and I require consistently themed artwork to a professional standard and adhering to specific printing requirements for the following; - The DVD case sleeve insert, front, spine and back, - The CD case sleeve insert, front, spine and back, - The front and back cover of the insert booklet for both CD and DVD, - The printing on the CD and DVD. Final submissions to be Adobe Illustrator files. There is a deadline of 13th May for final submission. All of the rights to the final images must be signed over to me upon completion, as such I will expect that you have the right to use everything used to make them. Attached is a brief mock-up of what I had in mind for the front cover, I will send the chosen freelancer the link to the printing requirements for the artwork. Do not apply without similar previous work samples. Include the phrase "CreativeProcess Brief ReAD" at the start of your proposal, any proposals without this I will assume to have not read the project brief before and as such will not be considered.
