Criar um Site

Já tenho o software pronto e funcionando de um site de atendimentos ao vivo por vídeo chat, incluindo a versão móvel. O layout atual, é de atendimentos por vídeo chat adulto, como o www.cameraprive.com. Meu novo projeto será um site para atendimentos esotéricos e terapias, leitura de baralho, taro, etc... Algumas mudanças em nomes e palavras serão necessárias. Preciso criar um novo layout, tanto para versão desktop quanto o mobile de todas paginas do projeto. Preciso finalizar a tradução do inglês e implantar o idioma espanhol, deixando todo o projeto nos 3 idiomas: português. inglês e espanhol. Preciso que seja feito a implantação do novo layout, para a versão desktop e mobile. A implantação do novo layout é para o lado do usuário e modelos. A parte do Administrador não é necessário.
