Customise a "BIG COMMERCE" website

I require various customisations to be completed on my new website, Fancy Dress Kingdom. [login to view URL] Fancy Dress Kingdom is a Party Supplies and Costume retail Website to be launched in the next few weeks. We are a small family business, so budget is limited, but quality of work is essential. There will be further work for the successful freelancer in the future. Please price the THREE jobs separately in case I can not afford all at once, then I can choose which ones are the priority. **All work/ additions MUST be Resposive to fit any screen size. Our theme is responsive already. I require the work to be completed as soon as possible, thank you. Job One. Navigation issues: 1 - I would like the current TOP navigation to be amended to display the THIRD level categories just TEN lines deep and THREE accross. Currently the third levels expand way too far down the page and out of sight (see Costumes>Themes for example). See [login to view URL] for rough example). If this can not be done, can you instead display just TWO levels on the TOP navigation but obviously keep the THREE levels on the SIDE navigation? 2 - LEFT navigation. Can you expand the selections to open up the SUB-CATEGORIES by clicking on the the category NAME, not just be clicking on the > symbol next to the name? (see [login to view URL] for example) 3 - Remove the LIST of sub categories from the top of the page main body when viewing category pages (see image 1) Job Two. Related Products (see image 2) - Currently related products are automatically selected by the platform. These can be manually amended one by one on the products section. (they can not be done via the bulk upload poducts system). I would like to display ACCESSORIES for each costume rather than a similar product from the same category, which is what I think it currently does. The problem is I can not manually add these one by one as I have 1000 costumes and this would take too long. Is there a way that the Related Products can be selected from a pre-defined accessory CATEGORY or by uploading by a feed or directly into the database? CSS: 1 - Increase PRODUCT DESCRIPTION text size on product pages to similar size of top navigation text 2 - Product TITLE text on product pages OFF CAPS 3 - Top section of pages rearranged similar to Image 5: Logo moved to the left, then Search Bar, then Telephone Number 0843 886 0853, then shopping cart, and the depth of the top section resized accordingly. MUST remain responsive. 4 - Shopping Cart rename Shopping Basket on homepage and on product page buttons 5 - Product page changes (see image 6). Add in stock tick, Free Shipping, Free Returns, Gift Wrapping (remove current gift wrapping text). MUST remain responsive. 6 - Continue Shopping button added to product & cart pages 7 - Product list pages, change "add to cart" to "View Details" buitton text 8 - All pages below top navigation, add 5 icons (see image 8). Designs to be finalised. MUST remain responsive. Also add the blue launch-offer strip (this part is a temporary addition) 9 - Add footer links section (see image 9) in same colour as current blue footer section. Links and copy to be finalised & remove text " Bigcommerce Premium Themes by PSDCenter". MUST remain responsive. 10 - Shopping Cart page - Gift wrapping icon slightly larger and orange 11 - Cart page. Estimate shipping & tax button taken out (see image 11) 12 - Checkout Page. See Image 12. Change "Free Shipping" to "Free Shipping (Up to 4 Business Days) 13 - Change Homepage carousel banner to SLIDING version, NOT FADE (like on the original, basic Big Commerce theme) - MUST remain "responsive"
