Customize a Moodle website UI to an Education portal look-and-feel

We are an eLearning company specializing in Projects for IT students. We have downloaded an open source copy of Moodle eLearning platform (from [login to view URL] ). We want to now convert the look and feel of this Moodle platform to match the UI of our web site (which is based on a standard web site template). The number of screens would be between 30 to 50, and the task will include reprogramming the UI of our dedicated Moodle site, uploading the changed programs to the site, Testing and Release. If selected, we will provide you our web site name, the dedicated Moodle site name (with admin access), and the list of URLs of this Moodle site which need to be changed
