Design a Brochure from example , Thai font.

I need a brochure that make from A4 size paper and fold it in half so there will be 4 a5 pages in total. I have an example brochure,which is provided in attached file, to follows. It doesn't have to be exactly same with the example it can be adjusted.
In addition, the second and third page must follow the pattern of the front page but must use my own context, which written in Thai.
So basically, there is no need to design anything new, just follow the pattern provided.
