Design & Build a Responsive E-Newsletter Template

My client is looking for a fresh e-newsletter template for their monthly communication with potential leads and professional referral sources. We want a clean design that is responsive and will work well on both a desktop browser and a mobile phone.
There will be three finished templates that we need:
1) A general monthly;
2) A single event template;
3) And a two event template.
Our thinking is to start with the general template, get that worked out and decided and revised, then have you build the other two templates using the approved design as a starting place. We see the other two event templates much simpler.
This is a rough list for the general template that will be required for the e-newsletter:
> Online Version Link
> Community Logo and 3-4 text links or buttons to specific pages on website
> Monthly Photo of Seniors Having fun or of the Property (maybe a link over this??)
> Monthly Offer with descriptive text.
> Three Events with a picture, title, date/time, short snippet description and a button to read more.
> Phone number with Call to action.
> Facebook, G+ and YouTube Social Networking Buttons.
So for this Freelancer project, we would like to have two to three unique designs to choose from for the General Monthly E-Newlsetter.
This is a resort-style retirement community. Once we choose the freelancer, I will provide the logo, the specific colors and a selection of photos to use for the design rough out. I will also provide the current newsletter we are using so you can see what we are doing now (and why we want to move away from it!)
We use Constant Contact to send out the emails right now. So it will need to be Constant Contact compatible. Basically, right now, we are using Dreamweaver to edit the E-newsletter and uploading the RAW HTML to Constant Contact. That has been working fine and we would be happy to continue doing that. If you have an easier way - like if you can offer a [login to view URL] template that we can edit in StampReady - that would be great. But we are open to suggestions on how to best edit. The fallback is Dreamweaver for us.
Though this is a senior community, we are looking to elevate this look and feel to something contemporary and clean. I have a sample from the client from a Vodka distiller that she liked - and I hesitate to share, because it was just all white and grey. I think she really likes the fact that it is clean and easy to read.
I hope to build a great relationship here as this client has several other properties that will require new E-Newsletters and other digital needs. I’m excited to see what you can bring to the project.
