We are looking for a Tshirt designer (including other custom items like mug, towel, iphone case) for an on-going project basis. We will be looking to scale and designer is expected to churn out about 7 design per week either from our idea or your own (we appreciate if you become part of the 'team' & is able to contribute in terms of design idea too).
Typically we launch new products on Wed and as such prefer to have the designs to be out by Thursday so that we have the next few days to tweak and discuss.
In terms of $, we can go per TShirt or per month. Let us know your rough costing on this.
To begin with, we probably do a test run on 1-2 TShirt to ensure that design quality matches our expectations. Also on this note, we are mainly looking for Christian design so if you are a Christian, it would be much easier as you would then really understand the design concept.
