Need a 4 page website.
Home page will need to have an order form.
First drop down menu will be service categories. Examples facebook, twitter, etc.
Second drop down will be specific services with a price next to the them.
There will be two input boxes to enter 1. the amount desired and the 2. input box the link.
The pricing will need to be automatically generated based on the price list i provide and than it can be added to a cart to be purchased with paypal. I will provide a price list based on per 1,000 of the serivce, but the users will order in increments as low as 20 or 25 or 50 or 100 so the price needs to reflect that automatically. For example if 1000 views is 1.30 a user only wants 100 it would be .13 cents would be the charge. BUT i also want there to be minimum orders i also will include those details clearly and specific in the price list form. The service name, the service title, the price by per 1,000, the minimum order, the maximum order.

The other page will be a contact page
and one will be an about us page.
and the other will be the check out cart page would only accept paypal no sign up or any information needed just strait to paypal check out.
On the home page would also need the price list under the order form.
