Design the mock up for a web portal to showcase multi media content on various topics
- Content will be categorized in 8-10 categories ( # of categories is dynamic).
- Content can be audio/video/pdf/presentation etc
- Content items can have tags
- Search can be performed on keywords/tags
- Separate display block for featured contents
- Content items may have rankings , comments from user community, social widgets to share etc
There will be a concept of channels (for example a city channel) which may be considered as a sub site under main site, with its own categories/contents , they can be searched on main site, but content will be specific to that channel. Home page will showcase all channels (list of nav links / carousal etc)
Portal needs to be responsive (visible on all screen sizes, content sections may be stacked or hidden on smaller screen)
We are anticipating following pages /sections in portal to begin with
- Home page
- Search Page
- Channel page
- Content page
- User Admin
- Content admin
- Channel Admin
We are looking forward to any good suggestion on layout/ responsiveness . You may feel free to choose bootstrap or any other responsive framework. Please provide one-two demo pages as a proof of concept with your quote. Once finalized, we will share more details and create project milestones. Output that we desire is a set of html pages/css/images etc that will be used by our development team to be used in final UI layer of the portal.
