Design a Website Mockup

I am creating the first incarnation of a service based website on Squarespace. I need someone who is good with Squarespace to take what i've done and make it pop and give me creative direction. The site is centered around short instructional videos. I have content but need it organized in a way that is simple, clear and easy to navigate. I have monetized it with a single service that i would like the viewer to be consistently directed towards. I need the product page done correctly so it is clear and simple for customers to check out. I want to have a affiliate marketing option and advertising options. I want someone who has done this type of sight a million times before and can say you definitely need this, but not that. I need someone to look at what i've done and tell me what i'm missing.
