Design a Wordpress Mockup

I need a go-to wordpress designer. I have a business site and a personal site. A second personal site will be online soon. Currently --- the personal site has a theme chosen already and we need to customize it. See shawnandbriandswedding.com. It's the Just Married theme from themefuse and needs to be built out. I don't see a need to add pages, but I need to build out. You're looking at the stock. Once the initial customization is done, there will be ongoing adjustments through 4/2017. Secondly, the business site needs full theme selection and customization. It's a simple placeholder site that needs a home/splash page, a blog page, a links page, a photos page. If there's a 5th page I'd need to consider for business, let's discuss. I want to get these two sites up and running with a mechanism in place for design updates (i.e. we do an initial project to build out the sites, then have an ongoing agreement for updates.) I'd like to get this executed and put myself into a relationship with a Wordpress designer as there are several personal and corporate sites that need immediate buildout.
