Design for a blanket

I am looking to design a "Month-to-month Baby Blanket". I have the examples of designs and the concept in different pictures. I need someone to draw the design and arrange the different 'elements' that would be incorporated.   The design should have the following elements: 1. Numbers from 1 to 12. 2. 'Months' written under the numbers 3. Drawing of a scale with space to add Lbs and Oz (see attachment 'Scale & Ruler examples') 4. Drawing of a rule with space to add Ft and In (see attachment 'Scale & Ruler examples') 5. Enough blank space (to lay the baby).   Design should be for a 47" x 47" inches blanket. I need the Digital Design in AI format to print the blanket.
