Hello, I will use be using InDesign CS5 to complete this job. I will do so because I can set up paragraph styles and master pages that will allow or optimum control when getting ready to set up the book for printing or electronic formats (PDF or Epub - both of which I am experienced in). In the last 10 years as a freelancer I have designed many different styles of books. I always start with a Word Doc. I am able to set up InDesign to carry across any formatting from Word and automatically set up every page in only 1 minute. I will be happy to set this file up with you and then sit down with Skype to go through all the changes you require. I am presently in Cambodia so my time zone is 5 hours in front of you (+7) this means your 9am is my 2pm which is fine. I am a native English speaker from Australia. I understand that the book will not be ready on your end until the 25th and after that point we will be working together to complete the job by the 28th. I am able to abide by these time frames. Once we have sat down and made any changes to the document I will go through it meticulously and make it look finished. Some ways I do this is to make sure that chapters start on a new page, there are no widows and orphans, everything aligns to the grid etc. I am happy to answer any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
