Design out site!

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to give our web site a strong corporate identity. Requirements: - design must use full width and height of the screen - design of the forum (tompenu Xchange-Forum) must integrate with the design of the rest of the site (no change ot the layout - CSS is enough) - design of the Web-Tipps (topmenu Tipps->Web-Tipps) must integrate with the design of the rest of the site (no change ot the layout - CSS is enough) We have already got a new Logo (currently on the top-left) and envisage a very lightweight and classy design without many fancy graphic elements. The site is about business start-ups and targets business professionals as well as people starting a business -> the design must have a very professional look. We are working under tight time constraints and would appreciate to get the project done ASAP. Please specify until when you can finish the project and how much interaction/revisions you allow.
