Develop CMS (Wordpress) using provided web templates

I have a website project, where the design has been completed and already converted into responsive templates. Now I need someone to take those templates and create a Wordpress theme and where necessary add extensions into the CMS that will allow for my website to operate the way I envisioned. Nothing too complicated, a project gallery (listing) with project pages (each with a few pictures and a description) and a few other standard pages (about, services, team).
If you are interested please send me some samples of previously created websites with sample galleries, etc. all on separate pages. I'm not looking for an infinite scroll type of website (or one page website) so please do not send examples like this.
