Digital Project Manager required for ongoing support

Job Description: Our Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing the technical direction of projects, as well as schedule, budget, and performance for our client engagements and help ensure the client experience is exceptional. The Digital Project Manager must be an expert in Project Management, deeply familiar with technical project planning, project management tools, budget development, resource planning and, delivery. This manager must be an experienced coach and supervisor, able to set performance criteria, provide constructive coaching, and enable the growth and development of subordinates. The Digital Project Manager must be able to translate client requirements into strategic concepts to aid in the development of visual products that enhance strategic planning, corporate alignment, and communications. A Day in the Life of this role: Our Digital Project Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to understand and refine the scope of work, develop resourcing strategies; and ensure the project is completed on-time, within budget, and meets quality and performance goals. The DPM we seek is perceptive, empathetic, approachable, demanding, and meticulous. Key responsibilities: (note: we understand that this is a long list, it is perfectly ok if you are missing a few of the bullets below): Facilitate interactive product delivery by ensuring requirements are properly documented and prioritized; collaborating with our team of strategists, designers and, developers; leading quality assurance and testing efforts; and ensuring client success. Coordinate resources/ customer commitments with Studio Manager Manage technical scope/ customer requirements with Accounts staff Oversee technical implementation/ development/ hosting with Tech staff Create, maintain, and organize backlog of features, epics, stories, and tasks Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables Recommends action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems Assists and provide direction with Web/Mobile development as well as UI/UX design Expert using Agile backlog management tools Trains and provides expertise on Digital Project Management processes and tools in use by the Company. Assign resources to project based on appropriate experience, skill, and interest. Ensure adequate resources are available throughout project completion. Review and refine client proposals and project plans to ensure proposals and plans are done in accordance with company guidelines. Provide coaching to Account Managers on the use of formats, tools and, guidelines. Assist staff in client interactions that deal with scope creep, proposal questions, delivering deliverables, schedule delay, issue resolution and budget challenges. Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Technical Project Manager of projects with a minimum $500,000 value. Proven project management track record demonstrating engagements were delivered on-time and within budget. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong knowledge of principles in graphic design, information layout & presentation. Computer Skills: Mac OSX, Windows XP, PowerPoint and MS Suite. Some knowledge of Adobe Illustrator desired. PMP or Scrum Master certification is desired. Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration/ Management or Engineering or similar program emphasizing whole brain thinking
