This project is for a business listing website, I will provide sample websites. You should be aware of the latest web-development tools, and all the latest techniques out there. 1. Multi countries, multi-language, and multi-currencies listing. 2. Listing different classified categories such as jobs, services, sales, rent, etc… 3. Users CMS: Allow users to post and monitor their ads and register and manage their own information, payment, and ads editing. Non registered users can simply post an ad using an email address but would have to confirm it each time. While registered users can post the ad immediately, with the ability to add, edit, delete contents and post photos, videos, receive and respond to emails under aliases created by the site. 4. There will be paid subscription, and therefore e-commerce module is needed. 5. Master CMS has ability to manage users, ads, contents, payment process, and technical troubleshooting, and block a user by email or ip address, delete scammers accounts and all the security features that should be there for a secure site. 6. Successful bidder has strong working experience in both MySQL, and e-commerce programming abilities. And strong frontend and backend design. 7. Please, provide reasonable time frame. 8. chosen bidder will provide step by step and detailed outlines of the project as the successful bidder will be selected based on this presentation. 9. Serious programmers/developers please, preferably, a team of developers over an individual developer. 10. Successful team may have a priority to be awarded future maintenance and changes to the website. 11. Those who show creativity, optimistic, and dedicated, developing team would be our first choice. 12. Coding has to be users, and SEO friendly with mobile compliance with developers be creative enough to implement their own ideas as well. 13.
