Need someone with acrobat or other to create 2 editable fillable PDF forms I require 2 forms. I have 1 mostly complete -The layout to 1 is good - but needs some coding complete - see below The second form I have text for it but it needs to be made a fillable pdf form that will open and operate on either ibooks or another PDF viewer as well as an android tablet PDF viewer. Forms need to email out once complete - maybe by hitting [ submit form ] button an email client can open and the email address can self populate. The form needs to create a date stamp when [submit] is selected so that I know that conditions have been accepted by end user. - a sort of signature. I have all text as required in a word doc Please only bid if submit functions can be completed.
